Your Role With Us:
Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine; residency training program completed Board certification/board eligible required (in FM, IM, etc.) OR Degree of nurse practitioner OR Degree of physician assistant .
This position has the duty and responsibility of overseeing the provision of urgent care, occupational medicine and employee health services at Salem Health and provides urgent care and/or occupational medicine services to patients of Salem Health. In the role as Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine & Employee Health Medical Director, you demonstrate your commitment to always providing the best care to all patients. You are committed to evidence-based diagnosis and treatment, and you partner with medical and business colleagues to ensure careful diagnosis is combined with what is best for the patient and his/her family.

Essential Job Qualifications
MD, DO, NP, or PA degree
Two (2) years of clinical experience
Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Oregon
Current DEA certification
Knowledge of Lean methodology highly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to be sensitive with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize projects, work relatively independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
