*This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ in Portland, OR. In-office expectation is 3 days a week*.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The eCommerce team powers our US and Canada Columbia.com sites as well as our Customer Care Center. From merchandising and marketing to product management and technology, the consumer is at the center of everything we do. The eCommerce Sr. Campaign Specialist helps create and produce the campaign content strategy for the website, collaborating with marketing partners to bring brand campaigns to life digitally and execute on aligned objectives. They will coordinate key inputs to the brand's campaign briefing and production process. This person will manage campaign content production, establishing timelines and milestones, working directly with creative teams, and ensuring timely delivery. Their work will impact achievement of brand campaign goals, and delivery of business and product sell-through strategies.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Develops digital campaign content plans to support consumer shopping, product, brand, digital marketing, and ad hoc needs. Balances priorities and problem-solving into the best consumer experience possible while supporting the business.

  • Responsible for ecommerce strategic inputs to campaign development with brand partners, including providing direction for photography and asset planning as well as communicating key campaign details to digital partners.

  • Collaborates with digital channel owners and digital creative partners to align content strategies and tactics and oversee end-to-end asset production to bring campaigns to market digitally.

  • Informs content calendars through involvement in strategic cross-functional campaign production with brand marketing and ecommerce partners.

  • Writes creative briefs and signs off on all content request tickets. Leads creative kick-offs, fields any questions, establishes review milestones and provides creative review feedback.

  • Produces, manages, and communicates timelines, schedules, and project plans as needed to meet changing priorities and deadlines. Facilitates alternative solutions when business or experience quality is at risk.

  • Manages workflow of cross-functional teams to execute and maintain most efficient and effective campaign processes, driving change as needed to address pain points.

  • Gathers campaign performance analyses from digital channel leads and presents findings to brand partners.

YOU ARE

  • A brand side campaign manager who can successfully create and execute digital campaigns.

  • Passionate about product marketing and always curious about how the consumer makes purchases.

  • An outdoor enthusiast.

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 5-8 years of production or project management experience

  • 5-8 years of consumer based online experience, preferably retail

  • Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines required.

  • Strong understanding of e-Commerce processes and business models preferred.

  • Strong ability to handle a high-volume workload in an ever-changing environment required.

  • Thorough knowledge of creative workflow process, CMS (AEM or similar) and project management software (JIRA or similar) is required.

  • Solid ability to think both strategically and tactically, as well as manage and adapt to dynamic changes in priorities and deadlines, resources, or deadlines required.

  • Solid ability to establish cross functional, collaborative relationships with business partners.
