About the role


As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing procurement spend data and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements align with operational standards.

What you will be doing

  • Understands, leverages, and analyzes large data sets to draw insights on business performance that will lead to actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.

  • Design, develop, and maintain ongoing reports, analyses, dashboards on the key drivers of our business decisions.

  • Track and report key cost reduction initiatives, actions, and status to highlight financial impacts to the business.

  • Ability to analyze supply chain purchase data, spend history, revenue, and contract compliance/performance.

  • Performing Contract Analytics (spend to contract, price validation, contract leakage, unit price history) to aid in contract management activities.

  • Using supply chain reporting tools to perform analyses of market conditions, business performance, or other areas to find opportunities to reduce cost, reduce risk, improve efficiency, or improve effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple teams to understand business requirements and design and implement end to end solutions that meet their needs.

  • Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills - Able to provide structured thinking to problems and solutions to help advance strategic initiatives.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a detail-oriented and logical approach.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficient in business analysis tools and software, as well as data visualization tools.

  • Solid understanding of various business domains and processes, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing environments.

  • Four-year undergraduate degree with strong academic performance.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI Power Aaps and Power Automate. Python skills would be a plus.

  • Ability to communicate complex topics to people with varying backgrounds and levels of technical familiarity.

  • Experience deconstructing complex problems and providing data-driven solutions.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $73,250.00 - $119,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
