At Skyline Village you will be joining a patient centered care team of 20+ primary care physicians, advanced practice clinicians, care management, RN triage, medical assistants, clinical pharmacists, licensed clinical social worker and PMHNPs as well as onsite specialty services.Position Details:Part-Time at .75 FTE, 4 to 4.5 days per week.Responsible for the patient throughout the course of treatment, including reviewing clinical history, providing the physical examination, making the diagnosis, and treating both chronic and episodic disorders.Current BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationPosition Highlights:Highly competitive benefit package to include competitive salaryEducation AssistanceAnnual CME allowanceMedical plan, malpractice coverage, retirementEstablished and growing practice with multispecialty and behavioral healthLive amidst Oregon's Wine Country in the beautiful Willamette Valley1-hour drive to the Pacific Ocean, 1.5-hour drive to Mt.
