Pay rates between $19.00-23.50with Attendance Premium of $0.25 and Shift Premiums of $.50 and $1.00 for hours worked during 2nd and night shifts. Longevity premium of $0.25 after one year of service.

• Oversee standard operating procedures.
• Organize and ensure that the department is staffed and make necessary adjustments as needed.
• Instruct, direct and assist hourly employees as needed.
• Complete appropriate paperwork neatly and accurately.

• the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently walk and stand; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee may frequently lift and /or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• Must be self-motivated and able to work in a wet and cool environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have a demonstrated history of dependability, particularly with regard to safety and attendance.
• Must be able to learn how to pack every segment, lead various crews.
• Must be physically capable to perform job duties including, but are not limited to periodically lifting materials/product containers weighting 50 lbs+.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8 - 12 hrs.) on a concrete/fiber grate floor.
• Repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling, hand motion and twisting.
• Must be willing and able to work various shifts, overtime, non-standard work hours and relocate to different lines as needed.
• Report regularly and on time to work.
• Understand and follow established rules and procedures as well as accept constructive feedback.
• Work safely and set an example of good working safe habits.
• Follow established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all Food Safety procedures.
• Must be able to obtain a pallet jack license and LO/TO training course.
