The Swing Shift Production Supervisor position is a Full-Time, Exempt position. The Schedule is Monday-Thursday: 330pm - 2am.
Production Supervisor Job Summary:
Provide direction, guidance, and feedback to department personnel to achieve maximum output and efficiency. The ideal candidate in this role will not only be able to supervise the team, however able to jump in to operate/setup machines as needed.

The experience you have:
Education: High School diploma or GED required. Associate degree or Trade School Certificate in a related discipline preferred.
Experience Preferred: Seven (7) years' experience as a journeyman machinist. Preferred CAD/CAM experience. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, develop and interface with staff members.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills with the ability to operate MS Windows environment, using email for communication. Usage of data collection software and ERP system is required.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical data, schematics, prints and travelers is required. Effective interpersonal communication skills through a variety of methods are required.
Mathematical Skills: Proficiency with intermediate level math skills is necessary, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, geometry, and some trigonometry.
Reasoning Skills: Requires the ability to define complex problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. The ability to interpret a wide range of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form is an on-going requirement.
Physical Demands: Position requires frequent walking, bending, stooping, handling, fingering, and reaching. Occasional kneeling, climbing, and squatting required. Ability to lift and pull up to 15 pounds continuously and from 15 to 15 pounds frequently, 25 to 50 pounds occasionally.
Work Environment: The work environment for this position is that of an industrial machine shop/production facility. Employees may experience loud noises, at varying levels, throughout the workday. Available to travel when needed.
