CNC Operators are a central role in the production process and play a key function in the basic running of jobs as they move through from design to shipping. CNC Operators are responsible for maintaining both a steady pace and high-quality output of parts for assembly. Reporting to the Production Manager, the CNC 1st Shift Lead guides the CNC team and works closely with other Leads to ensure a consistency of method in the output of products at Turf.

Location & Reporting:
This position works out of the Turf manufacturing plant (Gilberts) and reports to the Production Manager. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Requires regular lifting 30-50lbs.
